Steve Toland
Steve likes to keep things simple. As a 21-year veteran of Music Publishing, Steve brings a wealth of experience and practical know-how to the Splother table. Having cut his teeth with a renowned independent publisher, at a time when "independent" meant having to scratch and claw for every break, Steve was taught to recognize and seize opportunities. Simplifying and streamlining systems was his way to stay ahead of the competition. So when former co-worker Dave Durocher brought up the idea of starting an online A&R company aimed at independent and emerging artists, featuring speed to market and quick turnaround licensing, his decision was simple... Steve was bringing his talents to Splother.
